Nina Sussman

Nina E. Sussman joined Lasser Law Group, PLLC, in 2025 as a Litigation and Real Estate Paralegal. She supports the firm’s attorneys in a wide range of matters, including drafting stipulations, motions, petitions, and discovery responses, conducting legal research on Westlaw and ACRIS, and preparing documents for co-op real estate closings. Nina also assists with reviewing and summarizing discovery productions, ensuring that cases are managed with precision and efficiency.

Prior to joining the firm, Nina gained extensive paralegal experience at several New York law firms, including Davidoff Hutcher & Citron LLP and Wagner, Berkow & Brandt, LLP, where she focused on litigation, real estate, and matrimonial matters. She also served as Transfer Agent and Closing Coordinator at Charles H. Greenthal Management, where she managed board applications and conducted co-op closings.

 

Nina is currently earning her law degree in the evening program at New York Law School, with expected graduation in May 2027.  She was on the Dean’s List in 2024 and served as Junior Editor for Family Law Quarterly from 2024-2025. She also holds a Master of Arts in Teaching from The College of New Jersey and a Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of Michigan. A licensed New York Notary Public since 2016, Nina is proficient in a variety of legal software and case management platforms.
