Landlord-Tenant Litigation

We aggressively represent our clients in landlord-tenant proceedings from the initial notice stage through settlement or trial and eviction. We prosecute and defend both residential and commercial nonpayment and holdover proceedings as well as related guaranty enforcement litigation. We always strive to obtain the best, most cost effective results for clients and know when it is best to settle and when it is best to go to trial based on our years of experience litigating in housing court.
