Andrew A. Baranetsky focuses his practice on litigation and transactional matters. He represents landlords, condominiums, cooperatives, developers and buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate. Mr. Baranetsky is responsible for litigation matters including landlord-tenant non-payment and holdover proceedings, condominium collection and foreclosure cases, and contract disputes. Additionally, he handles a variety of transactional matters relating to commercial and residential real estate including contract negotiations, governing document amendments, regulatory and compliance, and corporate governance.

 

Mr. Baranetsky graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 2021 where he was a member and delegate of the Real Estate Society, a note editor of the Brooklyn International Law Journal and earned a Real Estate Law Certificate.
