Nancy L. Kourland is Partner at Lasser Law Group. Ms. Kourland has broad experience in all aspects of real estate litigation and transactions, including co-op and condo disputes, commercial leasing, foreclosure, and Article 15 title actions. Her practice also includes related breach of contract, breach of fiduciary duty, and debtor-creditor action, partnership and shareholder matters, and probate and estate administration proceedings. Ms. Kourland has expertise in the representation of landlords and developers in chapter 11 and chapter 7 bankruptcy proceedings.
Ms. Kourland attended NYU School of Law where she was an Articles Editor for the Journal of International Law and Politics and graduated from Barnard College magna cum laude. Ms. Kourland is a life-long resident of New York City and currently resides in the Windsor Terrace neighborhood of Brooklyn, where she is active in her community. Ms. Kourland is an avid Prospect Park runner and devoted owner of two Australian Shepherds.
